Will I review the design?
Our process is built around a Clay Proof and a Paint Proof. The Clay stage focuses on structure; the Paint stage focuses on colors and surface details.
What photos should I send?
Start with a clear front-facing image and add side, outfit and pose references when available.
When does production timing begin?
Production timing begins after the required approvals. Customer response time and revisions can change the estimate.
Can I change the number of people?
Each people-and-pet composition is a separate product with its own customizer and base price.
